Blossoms Amidst Snow is an unofficial Heaven Officials Blessings Zine focused around HuaLian in the modern era. Our contributors and mods have put a lot of love and care into this project, so we hope you will enjoy the items we have for offer!
Please note all sales are final and nonrefundable once pre-orders have closed. Once your order ships out, we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost packages. Please contact your local postal service to resolve any issues with your shipment! If for any reason a package is returned to us, if this is due to an error on the buyer's part, the buyer will have to pay for the package to be resent out to them.
Additional charges after shipping, such as customs/import charges ect., will be the buyer’s responsibility and won’t be covered by the Blossoms Amidst Snow team.

Q: How long will Pre-Orders last?
A: Pre-orders will be open until October 14th, 2025.
Q: What happens if the MOQ is not met?
A: If the MOQ of 20 is not met, all purchesers of physical bundles will be contacted VIA email. They will have the option of recieving either a complete refund, or a complete refund minus the cost of the digital bundle if they still wish to recieve this part of the order.
Q: Where will the zine be shipping from?
A: All orders will ship from the UK.
Q: Are there any limits for shipping?
A: We currently cannot ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Haiti, Iran, Israel, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine (Crimea & Sevastopol Regions), and Yemen. Please check the Royal Mail site for the most updated restrictions.
Q: When will my order ship out?
A: This is a PREORDER period, meaning that it won't be right away. Orders are expected to begin shipping in February 2026. An address change form will be sent out prior to the beginning of the shipping period. More information regarding the production period will be made available on our socials following the close of preorders.
Shipping will take longer to reach the following countries due to country-wide policies/issues (Packages can take up to 3 months after dispatch to reach destinations in these countries): Australia, Canada, Columbia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Falkland Islands, Iceland, Iraq, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kiribati, Moldova, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, South Africa, Thailand, Ukraine (most regions), and Vanuatu
Q: What do I do if there’s something missing in my order?
A: If you receive your order and something is missing, please contact a mod! We recommend that all buyers record an unboxing video to send in case this happens, as it will be required for mods to review. Mods are not responsible for items getting damaged during shipping and will only provide a replacement in the case of items missing. Our shipping mod is extremely vigilant when it comes to item counts and before, during, and after packing each batch of orders, so please do check the entire package before reaching out as it is possible that the item you believe is missing will be hidden somewhere safely in the package.
